Who We Are

ag99 is Bangladesh's leading online gaming platform, offering a comprehensive selection of live casino games, sports betting, slot machines, and instant-win games tailored specifically for Bangladeshi players. Founded with a vision to provide a safe, transparent, and entertaining betting experience, ag99 has quickly become the trusted choice for thousands of players across Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, and beyond. We combine cutting-edge technology with a deep understanding of the Bangladesh market to deliver a gaming experience that feels local yet meets international standards.

Our platform bridges the gap between international gaming excellence and local payment convenience. We accept bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and major Bangladesh bank transfers, ensuring that every player can deposit and withdraw funds using methods they trust and use daily. Our mobile-optimized website works flawlessly on any device, whether you're on a smartphone with 3G, 4G, or WiFi, or accessing from a desktop computer. No downloads, no complications — just instant access to thousands of games and betting markets.

ag99 partners with the world's most respected game providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Play'n GO, Spribe, and Ezugi, to bring you an unparalleled selection of content. From cricket betting on the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments to live dealer tables with professional croupiers streaming in HD, from classic slot games to innovative crash games like Aviator, our library is constantly expanding to keep pace with player preferences and industry innovations.

Security and fairness are the cornerstones of our operation. ag99 uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect all transactions and personal data. Our games use certified Random Number Generators audited by independent testing agencies to ensure fair outcomes. We maintain strict responsible gaming policies, including self-exclusion options, deposit limits, and reality checks, because we believe gambling should be entertaining, not problematic. Our platform is licensed for international operation and complies with data protection and fair gaming standards. Players aged 21 and above are welcome — we verify age during registration to protect minors from gambling content.

Our Core Values

What Sets ag99 Apart

These features combine to create a platform that feels designed specifically for Bangladesh, not just translated or adapted from another market. We understand the importance of cricket in Bangladeshi culture, the convenience of mobile wallets like bKash and Nagad, and the preference for mobile-first experiences. ag99 is not an international site trying to serve Bangladesh — it is a Bangladesh-focused platform that meets international standards.

Our customer support operates in English around the clock, handling queries about deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, technical issues, and account management. Whether you're a first-time player unsure how to navigate the site or a veteran bettor with a specific request, our support team responds promptly and professionally. Most live chat queries are resolved within minutes, and email responses typically arrive within a few hours.

ag99 By The Numbers

These numbers reflect our growth and the trust Bangladeshi players place in ag99. Over 50,000 active players choose us for their gaming entertainment, accessing more than 5,000 unique games and betting markets. We process over ৳50 million BDT in payouts every month, delivering winnings quickly and reliably to players across Bangladesh. Our 24/7 customer support team never sleeps, ensuring help is always available when you need it.

Behind these statistics are real people — players celebrating wins, enjoying the thrill of live games, and using ag99 as their entertainment destination of choice. We don't just measure success in numbers; we measure it in satisfied customers who return day after day because they trust us to deliver a fair, fun, and secure experience.

Looking Forward

ag99's journey is just beginning. We're committed to continuous improvement and expansion while staying true to our core values of trust, fairness, and player satisfaction. Upcoming initiatives include expanding our live casino offerings with new game shows and regional dealer tables, introducing cryptocurrency payment options alongside traditional methods, launching a VIP loyalty program with exclusive benefits, and developing mobile apps for iOS and Android while maintaining our web platform's flexibility.

We're also exploring partnerships with Bangladeshi sports organizations and teams to bring localized promotions and exclusive betting markets. Imagine placing bets on local kabaddi leagues, football tournaments, and cricket academies alongside international sports. We want ag99 to become not just a betting platform, but a community hub where Bangladeshi sports fans can engage with their passion in new and exciting ways.

Technology will play a central role in our evolution. We're investing in artificial intelligence to personalize game recommendations, detect responsible gaming issues early, and provide faster customer support through intelligent chatbots that escalate to human agents when needed. We're also improving our infrastructure to handle peak traffic during major cricket matches and tournaments without any slowdown or downtime.

Most importantly, we're listening to you. Player feedback drives our priorities. If you have suggestions, concerns, or ideas for how ag99 can serve you better, our support team is always ready to hear them. We see ourselves not as a faceless corporation, but as partners in your entertainment journey. Your wins are our wins, your satisfaction is our goal, and your trust is our most valuable asset. Thank you for choosing ag99 as your gaming destination. We're honored to serve Bangladesh's gaming community and look forward to many years of shared success.
